1. Services

Photographer agrees to provide photography services as outlined in the agreed-upon package. All props must be provided by the Client unless already confirmed as included in their package by the Photographer. Clients are encouraged to bring inspiration/ideas for their session before booking.

2. Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure the session, with the remaining balance due on the day of the session. Client must pay the full session fee as quoted by the Photographer by the end of the shoot time. Deposit must be sent to secure appointment

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

In the event of cancellation by client, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Photographer. Unless notified within 48 hours before agree shoot date.

In the event of cancellation by photographer, the client is able to rebook for a later date with no additional charges.

Rescheduling is available, must communicate with photographer 48 hours before original set date. Fees will apply for any rescheduling made after the 48 hour window.

4. Image Delivery

Photographer will deliver edited, high-resolution digital images within 1 week after images have been selected through digital gallery.

Raw/unedited files will not be included in the delivery.
